These terms govern your use of axobiz.in, seller storefronts on its subdomains, and the Axo Business Intelligence mobile apps, operated by Axo Technologies ("we"). By creating an account or placing an order you accept them.

What Axo Business Intelligence is

Axo Business Intelligence is a marketplace. Products are sold by independent businesses ("sellers") from their own storefronts, and services are performed by independent professionals. The contract of sale or service is between you and that seller or professional; Axo Business Intelligence provides the platform, ordering, and payment infrastructure.

Accounts

You must provide a mobile number you control. Keep your device secure; actions taken from your logged-in account are treated as yours. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or abusively.

Orders, payments, and cancellations

• Prices are set by sellers. The total shown at checkout, including any delivery fee and taxes, is what you pay.
• Online payments are processed by Razorpay; cash on delivery is available where the seller enables it.
• Orders placed through a seller's WhatsApp are made directly with the seller, outside the platform, and Axo Business Intelligence bears no responsibility for them.
• Cancellations and returns follow the seller's stated policy; where an online payment is refunded, it is returned to the original payment method.

Service bookings

Professionals set their availability; a booking is confirmed when the professional accepts it. Completion is verified with a code you share only when the work is done to your satisfaction. Reviews must be honest and based on your own experience.

Sellers and professionals

Businesses and professionals on Axo Business Intelligence are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the quality and legality of what they sell or perform, applicable taxes, and honouring their commitments. "Verified" badges reflect checks we have performed but are not a guarantee.

Acceptable use

No unlawful goods or services, no misleading listings, no harassment in chat, no attempts to circumvent the platform's security or fees.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Axo Business Intelligence's liability for any claim connected to the platform is limited to the amount you paid through the platform for the transaction concerned. We are not liable for the acts of sellers or professionals, though we will assist in good faith with disputes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Kolkata, West Bengal have jurisdiction.
