Axo Business Intelligence ("the platform") is a marketplace operated by Axo Technologies that connects customers with local businesses and verified service professionals through the axobiz.in website, seller storefronts on its subdomains, and the Axo Business Intelligence and Axo Expert mobile apps. This policy explains what we collect and why.

Information we collect

• Account details: your mobile number (verified via one-time password), name, and optional email - used to create and secure your account.
• Addresses and location: delivery addresses you save, and, with your permission, your device's location - used to show nearby stores and experts, deliver orders, and dispatch service professionals. Location is collected only while you use the app.
• Orders and bookings: what you buy and book, so sellers and professionals can fulfil it and you can see your history.
• Professional profiles: if you register as a service professional - your qualification, experience, portfolio photos/videos, and service area, shown to customers.
• Device tokens: a push-notification identifier so we can tell you about order and booking updates.
• Chat messages: conversations between customers, sellers, and professionals held on the platform.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
• We do not share your phone number between customers and service professionals; contact is revealed only after a booking is accepted, and only as needed to fulfil it.
• We do not read your payment card or UPI details - payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway; we receive only a payment confirmation.

Service providers we rely on

Google Firebase (phone-number verification and push notifications), Google Maps Platform (address search and geocoding), Razorpay (payments), and our hosting providers. Each receives only the data needed for its function.

Retention and your rights

We keep your data while your account is active and as required for tax and legal records (for example, order invoices). You can access or correct your details in the app, and you can request deletion of your account and associated personal data by emailing support@accubiz.in from your registered contact; we honour verified requests within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.

Children

Axo Business Intelligence is not directed at children under 18. Accounts are for adults able to enter contracts.
